ReadyLIFT Minimum Advertised Price Policy

(United States Only - Effective June 17, 2014)

ReadyLIFT Suspension Inc. (sometimes referred to herein as ReadyLIFT) has unilaterally decided that its business interests are best served through the adoption of a minimum advertised price ("MAP") policy for its products. ReadyLIFT designs, manufactures and markets products under the ReadyLIFT premium brand, which identifies those products to the consuming public as having characteristics of excellence and superior quality. ReadyLIFT has invested significant resources in product innovation, development and marketing to build and maintain its reputation for high quality and to generate goodwill in all the ReadyLIFT brands. This MAP policy is designed to: (1) help ensure its products' quality, reliability, and safety; (2) support the ReadyLIFT's brand as a premium product offering; and (3) support ReadyLIFT wholesalers and retailers to provide top-level service to their customers. This MAP policy has been unilaterally developed and adopted by ReadyLIFT and will be unilaterally enforced by ReadyLIFT. The business relationship between ReadyLIFT and each of its wholesalers and retailers remains an "at will" business relationship. ReadyLIFT reserves the right to terminate such business relationships without cause and at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

ReadyLIFT is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights associated with its products, including but not limited to all patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, brands, images, descriptions, and likenesses of its products ("Intellectual Property"). No alterations to ReadyLIFT's Intellectual Property will be allowed without prior written consent from authorized ReadyLIFT personnel. ReadyLIFT reserves the right to revoke Intellectual Property usage privileges at any time for any reason without prior notification or warning to any user.

ReadyLIFT ADVERTISING CONTRIBUTIONS

To support its wholesalers and retailers, ReadyLIFT contributes the cost of all marketing materials such as catalogues, merchandising solutions, public relations, traditional and digital media investments to support its products' brand and in doing so furnishes a limited right to use ReadyLIFT Intellectual Property for the express purpose of supporting its wholesalers and retailers' advertising of all ReadyLIFT products. All advertisements using ReadyLIFT products or any ReadyLIFT Intellectual Property must fully comply with all local, state and federal laws on advertising.

This MAP policy applies to all ReadyLIFT products sold by its wholesalers and retailers in the United States. This MAP policy applies to the advertisement of all ReadyLIFT products in all media including, without limitation, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, Internet or similar electronic media, television, radio and public signage. This MAP policy also applies to all ReadyLIFT products sold via any wholesaler or retailer website, including but not limited to an original company website and/or any and all affiliate websites where wholesalers and retailers advertise ReadyLIFT products electronically. This MAP policy does not apply to any in-store advertisements of ReadyLIFT products that are displayed within a physical wholesale or retail location.

Your Personal Information
ReadyLIFT is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell or rent this information, nor will we share it in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

ReadyLIFT is firmly committed to customer privacy. We use your IP address simply to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad demographic information. Return Policy

Customers may return ANY ReadyLIFT product within 30 days of the purchase date for a FULL REFUND of the original purchase price (excluding shipping fees). Items returned within 31-90 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any returned ReadyLIFT product must be new in box and should be returned in the factory packaging with all the components in the kit.

Products installed and/or removed are not eligible for return unless the product is deemed defective. Discontinued, clearance, and outlet items are non-refundable. Returned products missing components and/or showing signs of use may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

To request a return, contact ReadyLIFT Customer Service Department at 800-549-4620 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Proof of purchase will be required for an RMA number. Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Please include all original items in the return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 7-10 business days of receiving all returned goods. Banks may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in customer account. Items purchased from Dealers must be returned to those stores in conjunction with that store's policy.


Defective Merchandise

If a warranty replacement part has been issued, ReadyLIFT may request the customer return the defective part. Merchandise deemed to have a legitimate manufacturer's defect must to be returned, freight prepaid. An RGA number is required and credit is subject to inspection by ReadyLIFT technicians. Merchandise deemed not to have a legitimate manufacturer's defect (No Trouble Found) will be made available for return to customer, freight collect, or will be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.


A Return Goods Authorization RGA must accompany all returns. All merchandise must be in original boxes and include all original packaging manuals and merchandise materials in order to avoid an additional restocking fee. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. Returns for merchandise received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply. ReadyLIFT is not responsible for any consequential damage to vehicles.

Return Policy
