California Consumer Privacy Act
Effective Date: January 1, 2020
If you are a California resident, the processing of certain personal data about you may be subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and other applicable California state privacy laws. Beginning January 1, 2020, the CCPA provides you with specific rights regarding the processing of your personal data (referred to as “personal information” under the CCPA).
This supplement provides additional privacy disclosures, informs you of your rights as a California resident, and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Requests to Exercise Your Rights
Right to Know Request
Under the CCPA, you have the right to request information about our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information over the past 12 months. You can request the following:
1. Categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
2. Categories of sources from which we collect personal information.
3. Purposes for collecting, using, or selling personal information.
4. Categories of third parties with which we share personal information.
5. Categories of personal information disclosed for a business purpose.
6. If applicable, categories of personal information sold about you and the third parties to which it was sold.
To make a verifiable request, go to Privacy Settings in your account profile and:
• Use the ‘Contact Us’ form on the Privacy Center, selecting “I want to download a copy of my data” , or
• Email us at [email protected].
Right to Delete Request
You may also request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. To do this, either:
• Use the ‘Contact Us’ form on the Privacy Center and select “I want to permanently delete my data” , or
• Email us at [email protected].
Household Requests
We do not collect household data. If all members of a household submit a Right to Know or Right to Delete request, we will process them as individual requests.
Requests, Generally
If you did not register for a newsletter, contest, or purchase a product, we may not have sufficient information to verify and honor your Right to Know or Right to Delete requests.
You can make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information up to twice per 12-month period. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
Requests Made Through Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. To do this:
• Provide written authorization or a power of attorney.
• The agent must provide proof of authorization, and we may require direct identity verification from you.
Disclosures of Personal Information for a Business Purpose
In the past 12 months, we have disclosed personal information from the following categories for business purposes:
• User Data
• Usage Data
• Payment and Purchase Data
• Contests, Surveys, and Sweepstakes Data
Sale of Personal Information
Under the CCPA, a “sale” involves providing personal information to third parties for valuable consideration. This may not always involve monetary transactions.
We are evaluating whether sharing Usage Data with advertising partners constitutes a “sale.” You can opt out of interest-based advertising by adjusting your privacy settings to disable tailored ads.
