READYAIR™ “NO HASSLE” PRODUCT WARRANTY

This unique “no-hassle” product warranty proves our commitment to the quality of every product that ReadyAIR produces. ReadyAIR warrants that its air spring systems will be free from defects in workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the vehicle on the original installation. ReadyAIR product warranty only extends to the Original Purchaser of any ReadyAIR product. If it breaks, we will give you a new part.

We guarantee you’ll be happy with the improvement in ride comfort, load handling, and air spring control or your money back. If you’re not satisfied, you may remove the products and return to your dealer for a full refund of your purchase price within the first 60 days after your purchase.


READYAIR “NO HASSLE” WARRANTY PROCEDURES

Any ReadyAIR products containing missing or defective components will be covered under warranty by ReadyAIR. Please call 800-549-4620 to initiate a warranty claim. Rest assured our customer service team will urgently address the matter and expedite the replacement parts. In the event of a defective product, ReadyAIR may request a return of the defective product (at ReadyAIR expense) so the quality team can analyze the nature of the defect. Returning defective product will not delay the replacement part delivery.

ReadyAIR air spring systems are NOT intended for off-road abuse. Any abuse or damage as a result of off-road use voids the warranty of the ReadyAIR product. Warranty does not apply to discontinued, clearance or outlet products. Wearable components including, but not limited to, consumable parts, cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches or dents; defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product, or if any serial or identification number has been removed or defaced from the product. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. ReadyAIR is not responsible for any consequential damage to vehicles.

ReadyAIR reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel this warranty without prior notice.


ITEMS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

The warranty does not apply to products that have been improperly applied, improperly installed, or which have not been maintained in accordance with installation instructions furnished with all products. This warranty does not apply and is void if damage or failure is caused by: accident, abuse, misuse (including but not limited to racing or off-road activities), abnormal use, faulty installation, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause; operating the product outside ReadyAIR’s instructions, specifications or guidelines; or service, alteration, maintenance or repairs performed by anyone other than ReadyAIR to the product from its purchased condition. This warranty also does not apply to: consumable parts, cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches or dents; defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product, or if any serial or identification number has been removed or defaced from the product. ReadyAIR reserves the right to change the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.

Except as provided in this warranty and to the extent allowed by law, ReadyAIR shall not be liable for any direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or arising in connection with the sale, use or repair of ReadyAIR products, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated profits, loss of the use of money, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, and/or loss of reputation. ReadyAIR’s maximum liability shall not in any case exceed the purchase price paid by you for the ReadyAIR product. Please note that some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

MISUSE OF THIS PRODUCT COULD LEAD TO INJURY OR DEATH.

Modified suspensions and large-diameter tires that increase ground clearance will alter vehicle handling.

The vehicle may become more likely to roll over. Suspension systems or components that enhance the on and off-road performance of your vehicle may cause it to handle differently than it did from the factory. Extreme care must be used to prevent loss of control or vehicle rollover during abrupt maneuvers.

Slower speeds may be required to maintain control. Always operate your vehicle at reduced speeds to ensure your ability to control your vehicle under all driving conditions. Braking distance may increase. Failure to drive safely may result in serious injury or death to driver and passengers. Drive with extreme caution until the operator become familiar with how the vehicle handles.

Driver and passengers must ALWAYS wear a seat belt; avoid quick sharp turns and other sudden maneuvers.

Some modifications may be illegal in various states. Consult vehicle owner's manual, the instructions for this product, and state law before modifying any vehicle. Review all state and local laws, including but limited to, laws related to bumper height and the lifting of vehicles before the purchase and installation of any ReadyLIFT/ReadyAIR products.

Never operate your vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Drive with extreme caution until the operator becomes familiar with how the vehicle handles.

Constant maintenance is required to keep the vehicle safe. Thoroughly inspect vehicle regularly, especially before and after every off-road use.

It is the responsibility of the driver to check the surrounding area for obstructions, people, and animals before moving the vehicle.

All raised vehicles have increased blind spots; damage, injury and/or death can occur if these instructions are not followed.
