Part Number 49-19431 delivers the clearance and capability Ram owners expect from a big lift while maintaining a practical, garage-friendly stance. The system provides 4.5 inches of front lift, uses 3-inch rear tapered blocks, and accommodates up to 37x13.50 tires on 20x9 wheels with a –18 offset.

ReadyLIFT’s CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum Driveline Indexing System re-clocks the transfer case to improve front driveline angles. Heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, fabricated track bar brackets, a dropped pitman arm, sway bar relocation brackets, and bump-stop extensions help maintain proper suspension and steering geometry.

Important Fitment Notes

Designed for Ram 3500 HD trucks equipped with the 6.7L High Output diesel engine and Aisin AS69RC transmission.

Not compatible with standard-output diesel engines, HEMI gasoline engines, dually or Classic models, factory rear-air suspension, Auto Level systems, or other automatic-leveling rear-air configurations. Single Cab models have not been validated for fitment and drivability.
