4" COIL SPRING SUSPENSION SYSTEM WITH FALCON MAX3.3 SHOCKS AND RADIUS ARMS - 2017-2022 FORD SUPER DUTY F250/F350 4WD
ReadyLIFT Suspension is pleased to announce a new Super Duty lift kit. We are now offering our first 4” Coil Spring Kit including Tubular Radius Arms, Falcon Dual Steering Stabilizer and the new Falcon 3.3 piggyback shocks. This gives Super Duty owners an excellent alternative for lifting their trucks to fit larger tires. The coil spring system allows for increased tire sizes and widths along with providing improved ground clearance on a head-turning stance! Many consider this lift height the ’sweet spot’ for Super Duty driving dynamics and maximum tire size while maintaining everyday usefulness.
The all-new Radius Arms are designed to correct the suspension geometry on lifted models. These new radius arms are heavy duty and are built to handle the use and abuse demanded out of Super Duty trucks. The new radius arms hold up to the abuse and surpass the factory radius arms and support gussets. The arms are formed inward, allowing for additional tire clearance, and providing the ability to install oversized tires. The direct bolt-on design promotes quick and easy installation.
With the help of Falcon steering dampers ReadyLIFT’s new Dual Steering Stabilizer provides superior truck stability which is crucial for any solid front axle vehicle equipped with oversized-sized tires. Falcon steering stabilizers allow for more confident handling over the road and in challenging terrain. They reduce bump steer and improve steering feed contributing to overall truck comfort and security thanks to the increased truck maneuverability and control.
This optimum lift height allows for up to 37" tall tires. The coil spring kit delivers a great ride and handling performance! The key ingredients to improving Super Duty ride and handling are the new, specially engineered coil springs teamed with Falcon 3.3 shocks and a track bar relocation bracket! This combination is more than just a lift kit, this is a performance and ride-enhancing kit that will really delight consumers with how well it rides and performs both on and off-road.
Features & Benefits:
· 4" Coil Spring Lift Kit with Vehicle-specific performance-tuned Falcon Shocks.
· Tubular Radius Arms help to correct the caster angle in
· Falcon Dual Steering Stabilizer
· Bolt-on lift kit - no structural modifications required.
· Allows for up to 37" tall tires on 9" wide wheels with +18 offset.
· Diesel trucks with rear single-wheel only.
· Falcon 3.3 monotube dampers on all four corners.
o 3.3 Fast Adjust Dampers offer a wide range of adjustability for specific terrain and/or handling characteristics with two separate knobs to tune to your preference.
o 3-Position Fast Adjust Knob for Soft, Custom, and Firm Compression. Soft mode allows a partial bypass of the main piston for a softer ride
o 8-Position Micro Adjust Dial offers refined damping adjustments
o Reservoir design increases nitrogen to oil ratio for consistent damping over wide temperature ranges.
o Hard Anodized Large Bore 6061-T6 Aluminum Shock Body for impact and corrosion resistance as well as increased oil volume for consistent performance.
o VOD (Volume Optimized Damping) features a digressive linear piston for quicker ramp-up for reduced body roll and an overall increase in damping to reduce bottom out when pushed to the limit.
o Red Line high VI shock oil for consistent performance across all temperatures from -50F to 450F with anti-wear and lubricity agents.
NOTE: Tremor versions will not gain the full 4 inches over stock ride height. Kits are designed for diesel applications only. Not recommended for 2WD or gas trucks. Single Cab configuration has not been validated for fitment & drivability by ReadyLIFT.
Recommended tire size: 37" - 12.5"
Recommended wheel: 17" and up x 9" wide, +25 offset / 6" backspacing (minor trimming of the front valance may be necessary)
Tire Size Note: ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are typically based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Due to product differences among tire manufacturers, tire specifications and dimensions including, but limited to, overall diameter, rolling diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, lug pattern, sidewall construction and inflation pressure, will vary meaningfully by tire and wheel manufacturer. Every tire and wheel combination should be test fit prior to installation. Consult your local installer to learn more about the right tire fitment for your application.
Ride Quality Note: When lifting a vehicle and installing aftermarket wheels and tires, a tire manufacturer's construction and material quality can alter vehicle ride quality. When increasing a vehicle wheel and tire size, most larger aftermarket truck and SUV tires are 10-ply (or more) E tires compared to typical OEM 6-ply C tires. This more rigid sidewall construction increases the perception of suspension stiffness often described as ride harshness. The ride, handling, traction, noise, fuel economy, and wear differences between All-Season, All-Terrain, Mud-Terrain, or Trail-Terrain type tires can be significant. Please take into account tire and wheel choice will generally have a meaningful impact on the ride & handling experience.
