They feature a threaded ball stud retaining ring that replaces the factory's crimp-style design, which is notorious for failure. This ring also allows precise preload adjustment during assembly and later, on-vehicle adjustments using basic hand tools eliminating the need for costly, labor-intensive rebuilds.
Each TeraFlex 60 Axle HD Joint incorporates a massive 32mm heat-treated chromoly ball stud and a hardened tool steel wear plate for maximum durability. Dual helical grease grooves machined into the stud allow spent grease to exit through a low-profile seal, improving longevity and simplifying maintenance.
From serious trail abuse to daily driving, these ball joints deliver long life, consistent performance, and easy, on-vehicle adjustability that eliminates the need for rebuilding.
