The factory control arm on Ram 1500 trucks has an inherent design flaw that results in the upper ball joint popping out of the control arm at full droop. This occurrs on stock vehicles with the suspension at full droop on a vehicle hoist or floor jack or after installing a leveling or lift kit. The stamped steel OEM control arm simply mushrooms and allows the ball joint to pop out. The new Gen 2 ReadyLIFT 67-1501 2006-2018 Dodge Ram 1500 Upper Control Arm gives Ram truck owners peace of mind that they will not suffer a ball joint failure. Our robust tubular DOM tube steel designed upper control arm features the best engineering and construction, along with added benefits of geometry correction and ball joint angle correction. Our own ReadyLIFT proprietary 1-ton ball joints are far superior to the OEM joints and are designed to work with both leveled and lifted applications!  Even better is these arms include our proprietary ReadyLIFT TCT - Terrain Control Technology self lubricating and maintenance-free pivot bushings. ReadyLIFT 67-1501 is intended for use on all 2006-2018 Ram 1500 4WD trucks with leveling or mild lift kits.

    INSTALLATION ADVANCED DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEMS (ADAS) NOTE:  If your vehicle is equipped with active or passive safety/collision monitoring and/or assistance/avoidance systems including, but not limited to, camera- or radar/sonar-based systems, check and adjust your vehicle’s systems for proper aim and function after product installation.   In some instances, your vehicle may require OEM dealer service tools and factory-trained technicians to re-calibrate ADAS.  You may incur additional costs to adjust ADAS systems.
